Solution:
We conducted an in-depth analysis of competitors' marketing strategies and gathered local intel from JJ’s customers who had used those competitors. Based on this information, we developed new marketing materials and campaigns. We also launched a Customer Revival Campaign (CRC) aimed at re-engaging old customers who had drifted to competitors.
Results:
The CRC generated £141K (A$274K) for the month. That equated to more income in that month than the company had earned in the previous three months combined.
