One of David's earlier client successes was with Western Provident Association (WPA), a UK-based health insurance provider. Spotting untapped opportunities, he proposed and created a new division, recruiting over 250 commission-based salespeople. In just two and a half years, David grew the division's revenue from zero to £35.5 million in annual recurring income, earning £1.74 million in the process.
Later, a notable achievement was with Insurety PLC, a virtual insurance company he launched with just £3,000. Within a year, David had built a commission-only sales force of around 200 across the UK and Ireland, driving the company’s revenue to £4.5 million in the first year. His hands-on role in optimising the sales process was key to this rapid growth.
After selling his highly successful training and franchise company, Quantum Organization, David founded The Alchemy Network, which achieved even greater success. Within three years, the network expanded to hundreds of franchisees across the globe. These experiences solidified David’s reputation as a hands-on business growth expert, specialising in sales optimisation, franchising, and licensing.
Throughout his career, David has mentored and trained thousands of business owners, consultants, and entrepreneurs, many of whom have gone on to become millionaires and business celebrities in their own right—such as Kerwin Rae, Nigel Botterill, Carl Allen, and Michelle Peters.
